The auto-darkening helmet is designed to protect the eyes and face from sparks, spatter, and harmful ultraviolet (UV) and infrared radiation during welding.

The helmet has 3 operating modes, which makes it a highly versatile device:

Helmet designed for welding with the following methods::

• SMAW (MMA) - welding with a coated electrode


• MIG (heavy) - consumable electrode welding in
  inert gas shield (heavy metals)


• MIG (light) - welding with a consumable electrode in a shield
  inert gas (light metals)


• TIG, GTAW - tungsten arc welding

The mask is not suitable for:

• laser welding or oxy-acetylene welding/cutting processes

There are four photo sensors (arc sensors) in the filter cartridge that react to the light of the welding arc, which automatically identifies the start of welding and activates the auto-darkening function. After finishing work, the filter automatically returns to its light state.

The adjustment of the parameters, as well as the size of the mask, allows you to properly adjust the product to the type of work performed and user expectations.
